What the cold email blog covers
Every guide on this cold email blog comes from client work, so the advice has been tested on real campaigns. First, we cover list building: how to define an ideal customer profile, find decision-makers and verify every address before it reaches your sending tool.
Next comes deliverability. For example, you will find setup guides for SPF, DKIM and DMARC, plus advice on domains, mailboxes and warm-up schedules. We also explain what to check when replies suddenly drop. Because Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook keep changing their sender rules, we update these posts when the rules change.
Finally, we write about the campaign itself, such as subject lines, short first emails and follow-up timing. In addition, we review the tools we use for finding emails and checking copy for spam words. Most guides also link to a free LeadCanal tool, so you can test what you read on your own domain right away.
