What each email checker result means
Every check returns a status plus the reason behind it. Here is how to act on each one.

No. The email verifier talks to the receiving mail server and asks whether the mailbox exists, then ends the conversation before any message is sent. The person never sees a thing.
A catch-all domain accepts mail for every address, real or not, so no email checker can confirm the mailbox. Treat these as risky. Send in small batches and remove any that bounce.
Deliverable and undeliverable results are reliable for most business domains. Accuracy drops for catch-all servers and providers that hide mailbox status, which is why the tool shows the reason with every result.
Verify any list right before a campaign, and re-verify older lists every few months. Business contacts change jobs often, so a list that was clean last year can bounce badly today.
